Successful PPC White Label Cooperation with Penguin-team. Cases

Penguin-team digital agency was established in 2014. At that time, we provided paid advertising services on the Ukrainian market. In 2017, the agency’s specialists started working on the Upwork freelance platform, and since that time the first contracts have been received under the PPC White-Label model.

In several years we have optimized the work process on the White Label model to obtain maximum output for the partner agencies with which we cooperate, and for their clients, for whom we set up paid advertising. We develop and implement solutions that will save you money and help you earn even more with less effort. Our main goal in White-Label PPC management is to provide high-quality services thanks to our certified experts for your clients. Our White-Label PPC services are an extension of your team.

Today we would like to share with you one of the success stories of our clients with whom we worked on the White-Label model. We won’t reveal the agency name and its clients for obvious reasons, but we will be happy to show you the results.

Cooperation process with a partner agency

Our cooperation started with two test projects.

Preliminary works

The partner agency had potential clients for paid advertising. To help them convert leads, the following was carried out:

→ we audited the accounts of potential customers: we showed weaknesses that need to be modified and strengths that need to be improved. The result of auditing is a plan with recommendations for optimizing and scaling their account;

→ we prepared a commercial proposal for the presentation of the paid advertising service to show work plans, deadlines, budget, advertising formats, as well as projected results.

Relationships with clients were managed by the partner agency. All documents were White-Label paper branding, with complete privacy. Later, when we worked out test projects and thus developed a trusting relationship with the partner agency; if it was required, we participated in discussions with clients together, and later directly. At the same time, our specialists acted as part of the team of the partner agency.

Working with advertising accounts

The next stage of our collaboration was to work on advertising accounts of clients:

account setup: account technical settings and tracking settings;

campaign launch: keyword research, collection of negative keywords, target audience analysis, targeting, ads, and creatives development;

campaign optimization: fixing errors in accounts, improving current campaigns, testing new hypotheses, and choosing the best option.

Reporting

We create detailed reports and dashboards on a monthly basis, and if required, we also do weekly reporting, so that both the partner agency and end clients are up-to-date on the work and results of campaigns.

Development of collaboration

By the end of 2017, the partner agency involved Penguin-team specialists as part of its team to work with 7 of its regular clients.

Over the next five years, 9 more clients were added and the Penguin-team specialists have been in collaboration with them until now.

The cost of service for the partner agency is: $15,000 per month.

Война в Украине идет с 2014 года — Россия окупировала часть Донецкой и Луганской областей, аннексировала Крым. С 24 февраля 2022 года Россия перешла в полномасштабное наступление и начала обстреливать всю страну. Это нападение было названо «специальной операцией по освобождению населения от нацистов». Позже цели у России менялись практически каждую неделю, а действия становились более жестокими и бесчеловечными.

В Украине гибнет мирное население. Российские солдаты совершают военные преступления. При освобождении нами наших городов мы находим доказательства издевательств, пыток, сексуального насилия женщин, мужчин и даже годовалых детей. Людей расстреливали впритык, а трупы давили танками. Мы уже не говорим про мародерство, украденную технику и вырванные из ушей серьги — потому что это мелочи по сравнению с жизнями людей.

Никогда не простим.

Мы не поддерживаем эту войну, но мы продолжим отстаивать свою независимость, демократию и свободу. Мы все стремимся как можно быстрее избавиться от российских захватчиков.

Молчание — синоним лжи. Мы не будем молчать. А еще мы не работаем с компаниями из России и Беларуси, не пользуемся российскими и беларускими сервисами, больше не ведем блог на русском языке и не общаемся с теми, кто так или иначе поддерживает геноцид украинского народа и весь этот ад.
