Penguin-team digital agency was established in 2014. At that time, we provided paid advertising services on the Ukrainian market. In 2017, the agency’s specialists started working on the Upwork freelance platform, and since that time the first contracts have been received under the PPC White-Label model.

Cooperation process with a partner agency
Our cooperation started with two test projects.
Preliminary works
The partner agency had potential clients for paid advertising. To help them convert leads, the following was carried out:
→ we audited the accounts of potential customers: we showed weaknesses that need to be modified and strengths that need to be improved. The result of auditing is a plan with recommendations for optimizing and scaling their account;
→ we prepared a commercial proposal for the presentation of the paid advertising service to show work plans, deadlines, budget, advertising formats, as well as projected results.
Relationships with clients were managed by the partner agency. All documents were White-Label paper branding, with complete privacy. Later, when we worked out test projects and thus developed a trusting relationship with the partner agency; if it was required, we participated in discussions with clients together, and later directly. At the same time, our specialists acted as part of the team of the partner agency.
Working with advertising accounts
The next stage of our collaboration was to work on advertising accounts of clients:

✓ campaign launch: keyword research, collection of negative keywords, target audience analysis, targeting, ads, and creatives development;
✓ campaign optimization: fixing errors in accounts, improving current campaigns, testing new hypotheses, and choosing the best option.
